Reporting to the Head of Digital Exams Delivery, your accountabilities will include: Analyse and evaluate in-house and SaaS platforms to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and digital exam objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, refine, and document business needs, workflows, and technical requirements. Conduct gap and impact analyses, recommending system enhancements or alternative solutions to improve performance and scalability. Partner with technical and business teams to support testing, integration, and adoption of new or enhanced systems and processes. Support change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth transition and effective use of digital exam systems. An ideal candidate has the following qualities: Essential: Proven ability to analyse complex systems, perform gap analyses, and align technical solutions with business needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business teams. Strong documentation skills, including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. Desirable: Experience in digital exams or assessment programmes. Familiarity with internal operations workflows and multi-platform system integration. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
