Job Title: Exam Proctoring & Data Entry Assistant Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Location: Remote We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Exam Proctoring & Data Entry Assistant to support our client's team. This position involves tasks such as generating attendee reports, preparing follow-up emails, and ensuring accurate data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and good English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee online exam sessions to ensure compliance and integrity. Pull and organize reports of meeting and exam attendees from various platforms. Prepare and send follow-up emails based on attendee and exam data. Accurately enter and update data in Salesforce and other systems. Coordinate with the marketing team on administrative and reporting tasks. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all handled information Requirements: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or exam proctoring preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce for data management and reporting. Ability to adapt quickly to various online tools and platforms. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
