Overview
Position Purpose:
- A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization’s talent by providing comprehensive training during onboarding and as needed throughout employment.
- This role will work with specified departments to deliver, update, manage and track courses required for Team Member development and become the subject matter expert in that field.
- A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.
- Review current available training programs and materials to become the subject matter expert and deliver training to specified workgroups.
- Facilitate trainings for onboarding and on-going, team building, and any additional training based on business needs.
- Effectively use educational tools to enhance learning experience.
- Identify trends and utilize training to improve the overall Team Member and customer experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
- Track team member learning metrics and analyze on a quarterly basis for maximum ROI.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching by conducting evaluations to reinforce skills learned in training.
- Ensure the compliance of the company’s Team Members with standards and procedures during training.

Work shift: Shifting
At least 1 year Healthcare account and 2 years Trainer experience in a BPO industry is REQUIRED.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT- 2 to 3 years of solid Trainer experience in a BPO industry
- 1 to 3 years of Healthcare domain experience
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Should not be a job hopper
- Open for Filipinos and local applicants only
- Salary expectation must not be beyond the budget
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule
- Can work immediately
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development and facilitation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Proven experience with delivering a large-scale training program to onboard Team Members including soft skills and systems training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development.
- Experience working in a technical training environment.
- Experience delivering face-to-face, virtual, and blended training.
- Confident, articulate, professional, with clear presentation and communication skills when delivering to all levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills.
- Creative, positive, and passionate for igniting and leading cultural change.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize duties; meet deadlines and commitments.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Self-aware, and committed to personal and professional development. Ability to develop strong relationships, manage multiple projects, facilitate change management, and effectively communicate with all areas of the organization.
- Coaching skills and the ability to positively influence change.
- Efficient in Microsoft products, virtual video conferencing, and comfortable with digitalcontent.
