The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation as needed.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with Finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
