The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documents. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support in performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee relations issues and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs. Monitor compliance with labor laws and HR standards. Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation as needed. Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with Finance. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
