The HR Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating essential HR processes, and contributing to the efficient daily operations of the HR function.

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and background verifications.
  • Support the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing employee concerns and escalating issues to HR leadership when required.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Coordinate the clearance process for employees exiting the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 6 to 12 months of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and standard HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with manual HR systems.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
