Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Manage recruitment processes, assist in employee training, and support HR planning activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, assist in employee training, and support HR planning activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, computer literacy, leadership potential, and a team-oriented attitude.
