Offer and discuss promotions to end users. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services. Ensure display items are fully stocked. Inform customers about discounts and special offers. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Stay up-to-date with new products/services including training. Responsible for reaching assigned sales targets and sales margin. Report price concerns. Prepare formal quotations for end users. Attend vendor events and online or face-to-face training. Attend onsite surveys or oculars as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS IT or related field). Experience in Sales (IT Industry). Selling skills and a customer-oriented approach. Available to work 6 days a week with mall hours (One Ayala, Makati).
