TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
DIRECTOR FOR SALES AND MARKETING AND CHIEF OPERATING
OFFICER
The Technical Sales Representative shall use its best efforts to promote the products in their
territory of assignment and provide reasonable assistance to Company in promotional activities
and “after sales” support.
AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops new clients.
2. Develops new products and business opportunities with existing clients.
3. Provides technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
4. Implements sales and marketing programs.
5. Promotes and undertakes the sale of company projects and inventories at prices, terms,
and conditions prescribed by the company.
6. Meets performance standards set by the company.
7. Maintains professionalism at all times when dealing with clients, colleagues, and sales
associates.
8. Gathers customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing
initiatives.
9. Stays up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Complies with all reportorial requirements of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering or Food
Technology or Food Engineer.
2. With at least 3-year(s) work experience in sales and promotion.
3. Exposure to food manufacturing is preferred.
4. Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
