- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, engineers, architects, and developers.
- Promote and sell our precast concrete products, highlighting the benefits and applications of each product.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions for their projects.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, including pricing and delivery details.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and attending trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving company growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer (preferred)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the precast concrete or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge ofprecast products , specificallysafety ends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- With willingness to travel from different site
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (10.5hrs/day "compressed week") Full time on-site
