  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, engineers, architects, and developers.
  • Promote and sell our precast concrete products, highlighting the benefits and applications of each product.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions for their projects.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, including pricing and delivery details.
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and attending trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving company growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the precast concrete or construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofprecast products , specificallysafety ends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • With willingness to travel from different site
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (10.5hrs/day "compressed week") Full time on-site
