In this role, you’ll get to: Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed: 4‑6 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math, Engineering or Economics and Finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing, i.e., SQL, Tableau and MS Excel Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion Stakeholder management & communication ability to effectively influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen Discover More About Working At Agoda Agoda Careers Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
