Primary Responsibilities Manage above wing performance of all stations under their supervision and collaborate with other departments to discuss new airline digitalization processes and projects Represent Airport Experience in the monthly safety review committee (SRC) meetings Monitor the strict compliance of groundhandlers to ASOM procedures and compliance via system integrated platforms (BTS, kiosks, etc) Conduct station visits and perform station audits and performance assessment checks (SPAC) Report to relevant regulating bodies such as NNIC and CAAP for airport-related issues and intercepted dangerous goods items Qualifications Must be a college graduate of any four-year course Must have had at least three (3) years of relevant management role preferably in the airline industry Must have experience and background in all facets of airport operations and systems Must be able to deliver operational excellence and people engagement Why Join Us We are the first Great Place to Work ® certified airline in Southeast Asia.
