A grader operator uses a motor grader to level and smooth materials like dirt, gravel, and stone for construction projects like roads, streets, and airports. They perform tasks such as spreading, side cutting, and ditching to meet specific grade specifications, while also performing safety checks, basic maintenance, and ensuring proper equipment shutdown after use.

Key responsibilities

• Operation: Maneuver a motor grader and other heavy equipment to spread and level materials according to project plans.
• Precision: Ensure the final surface meets the required specifications and is level and smooth.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations, perform pre-operation inspections, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintenance: Conduct daily safety checks, perform basic maintenance, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and parked.
• Assistance: May assist with other construction tasks, monitor equipment operation, and train junior operators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php800.00 per month
