Key Responsibilities Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Employment Engagement & Events
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in organizing onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, including festivals, team-building activities, and celebrations to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to implement employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires and employees regarding HR policies and engagement programs.
Employer Branding
  • Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment and engagement activities.
  • Support employer branding efforts via social media and recruitment events.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience as Recruitment Officer, Employee Relations, Payroll, or HR Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
