JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting and coordinating aspects of payroll in conjunction with the Human Resource policies and procedures. He/she will serve as Person-in-Charge for all government-mandated benefits and other internal benefit concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any four-year business course

Experience

  • Work experience in timekeeping and processing government mandated benefits.

Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Team player and informative
  • Proactive and can manage priorities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and check loan application submitted by employees for approval
  • Process timely payment remittance of all government mandated benefits to offices for all employees
  • Collect and process staff reimbursement requests and coordinate with Finance for payment
  • Compile and prepare reports and safe keep documents pertaining to timekeeping, payroll/compensation, and benefits
  • Perform liaising functions for government compliance and requirements
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards
  • Handle other HR–related concerns from time-to-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
