Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards, with a focus on financial solutions and technology trends. Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial management and business conduct. Tasks & responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for management and stakeholders. Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives. Create financial forecasts and models to support decision-making and long-term planning, considering market trends and business projections. Collaborate with the management to develop financial strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, such as investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. Stay informed about relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the members of the Finance Dept., fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
