HR Personnel – Construction Project Team
As an HR Personnel within our construction project team, you will be responsible for managing human resources within our construction projects, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with project managers to determine staffing needs; source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles; facilitate onboarding with necessary training, paperwork, and tools.
- Employee relations: Act as point of contact for questions and conflicts; promote morale and engagement; address disciplinary issues per policies and legal regulations.
- Performance management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems; support managers with performance issues and development plans.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate employee records; prepare regular HR metrics reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven HR experience in construction or similar field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and construction-related compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling sensitive issues.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in the country.
