As an HR Personnel within our construction project team, you will be responsible for managing human resources within our construction projects, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with project managers to determine staffing needs; source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles; facilitate onboarding with necessary training, paperwork, and tools.
• Employee relations: Act as point of contact for questions and conflicts; promote morale and engagement; address disciplinary issues per policies and legal regulations.
