NowServing is looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team You will be the voice of our brand, engaging with our audience, and crafting compelling content. Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos to tell stories and to highlight our innovations, team, and impact.
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proven experience in creating and editing short-form videos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Passion for healthcare technology and making a difference.
