Job Highlights Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time (40 hours per week) Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (flexible) Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Communicate directly with end-users by fielding inbound questions or challenges and advising on resolutions based on thorough product knowledge Act as a subject matter expert on the Cohesion platform and maintain up-to-date product knowledge Troubleshoot features and integrations to remediate configuration issues, define bugs and defects, and route issues to the appropriate engineering team Identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues to improve the software platform Build trust and confidence with customers, provide expert advice, and act as their main point of contact for troubleshooting Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions Expand and refine the customer-facing self-help library of articles Follow company communication best practices and customer engagement guidelines Respond to inbound chat, email, and phone support requests Conduct ongoing product testing Manage and refine the listing of customer challenges involving product and engineering teams Communicate customer sentiment and feature feedback to Customer Success and adjacent teams Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure clients receive top-notch support Requirements 3+ years of experience in software product technical support Knowledge of SQL and/or Postman Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Proficient technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new software Desired Qualifications PropTech or real estate experience Previous experience working in a startup Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady freelance job HMO Coverage for eligible locations Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
