Comrise Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Performance Tester Job location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Responsibilities and requirements for a Performance Tester role with a focus on non-functional requirements, performance criteria, and load testing across product, UI/UX, architecture, IT operations, and development teams. Responsibilities Work with Product, UI/UX, Architecture, IT Ops and Development teams in identifying non functional requirements/performance criteria to define appropriate performance test strategies, environments, and tests needed both near term and long term (roadmap). Be the liaison between technology and Product to help them understand the performance results. Tap into available resources to understand client usage patterns and data sizes and reflect that appropriately in load test efforts. Define and create the performance test plans and strategic roadmap. Create high quality, reliable and reusable performance tests from non-functional requirements and performance quality standards to help get the team closer to the goal of delivering working software to production at the conclusion of every sprint. Conduct performance tests; measure, analyze and evaluate performance results; establish benchmarks; and provide summary report/s and recommendations as necessary. Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience Extensive experience in strategy, planning and troubleshooting Experience with any performance testing tool Experience in writing SQL queries Nice to have: Experience with any object-oriented programming (C#, Java, etc.) or client side Nice to have: Experience in SOAP and REST based Webservices testing Work setup Hybrid setup (4x a month onsite) Competitive salary and benefits Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries: Staffing and Recruiting and IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Comrise by 2x.
