Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product, UI/UX, Architecture, IT Ops and Development teams in identifying non functional requirements/performance criteria to define appropriate performance test strategies, environments, and tests needed both near term and long term (roadmap).
  • Be the liaison between technology and Product to help them understand the performance results.
  • Tap into available resources to understand client usage patterns and data sizes and reflect that appropriately in load test efforts.
  • Define and create the performance test plans and strategic roadmap.
  • Create high quality, reliable and reusable performance tests from non-functional requirements and performance quality standards to help get the team closer to the goal of delivering working software to production at the conclusion of every sprint.
  • Conduct performance tests; measure, analyze and evaluate performance results; establish benchmarks; and provide summary report/s and recommendation as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in strategy, planning and troubleshooting
  • With experience in any performance testing tool
  • Experienced in writing SQL queries.
  • Nice to have: Experience with any object-oriented programming (C#, Java, etc.) or client side
  • (Javascript, Angular, jQuery, etc.) language.
  • Nice to have: Experience in SOAP and REST based Webservices testing
