Job Title: Business Intelligence Senior Specialist Employment Status: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid – Ortigas, Pasig City Work Shift: Day Shift (Mondays to Fridays) Salary Range: Earn up to Php 98,900 per month Recruitment Process: Online Application Only About the Role We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming complex logistics and operational data into actionable insights. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and transparency to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities ● Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources. ● Design, build, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. ● Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs. ● Document data flows, processes, and dashboard logic to ensure reproducibility and transparency. ● Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics and operational data to support continuous improvement. ● Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various business units. ● Support projects involving data preparation, predictive analytics, and low-code application development as needed. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field. ● Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. ● Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Ability to QA and validate own work prior to deployment. ● Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City. Preferred Skills ● Experience with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows. ● Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data platform. ● Exposure to PowerApps for low-code business applications. ● Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
