A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Reporting Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and strategic initiatives by developing, maintaining, and automating recurring and ad hoc reports. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business needs.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Analyze reporting requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and implement improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver insights
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Document reporting processes and create user guides or SOPs
  • Support continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in finance reporting preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong data analysis experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Background in BPO/shared services preferred
