A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence by providing real-time assistance to agents, analyzing KPIs, and resolving customer or vendor queries. This dynamic role involves ensuring accurate execution of campaign requirements, fostering team engagement, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include providing agent support, completing end-of-day reports, and participating in business reviews. You will assist in logistical and reporting needs, deliver constructive feedback, and resolve escalations while contributing to overall campaign success.
