Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO operations, driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to improve operational performance and productivity Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for operational activities Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure consistent service delivery Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO industry Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams in a fast‑paced environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) Proficiency in project management and operational planning tools Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management Adaptability and resilience in handling complex, dynamic business environments Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and compliance requirements Additional Details Seniority Level: Director Employment Type: Full‑time Job Function: Management and Manufacturing; Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join the A‑Team and experience the A‑Life #J-18808-Ljbffr
