Overview Hybrid - 3x a Week Onsite at Ortigas Office The Junior Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting and facilitating reports on key metrics and domains to enhance various units' productivity and performance, using insights from productivity reports and the Operations dashboard to drive process improvements. The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth. Duties and Responsibilities Data Reporting and Supervision: Conduct and facilitate reports on key metrics and domains to determine productivity and performance levels to aid in improvement of various units. Gain insights from productivity reports / Operations dashboard on a regular basis to provide basis for initiating improvements in productivity and processes. Process Improvement: Review business models and operations and identify defects that affect productivity and efficiency throughout the company. Evaluate internal processes with the objective of streamlining these to improve time to complete tasks and experiences. Tool Management and Supervision: Management and supervision on tools and platforms being used by the company to gather data and maintain or improve productivity, efficiency, and experience. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has expertise in any BI tool like PowerBI and Tableau is preferred but not required. Is strong in/with advanced analytics and statistical techniques is preferred but not required. Is excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Has effective negotiation skills and resource management. Has planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Has excellent communication skills with experience in presenting thoughts, ideas, and data. Has proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Demonstrates emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and build strong relationships and be customer centric. Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in teams, collaborate with colleagues, and build consensus to become better together. Is able to lead the change and adapt to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and new technologies. Innovation oriented and uses creative problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and enhance business outcomes. Has a commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and a strong sense of personal and professional values. Has an entrepreneurial spirit to drive results, take calculated risks, and seek out new ideas. Has a reputation for trust and reliability with a strong track record of delivering results. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. At least 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, report preparations and insighting or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
