Marketing Manager – TaxEase TaxEase, Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines 100% Remote | Full-Time | Salary Range: PHP 30k-40k About the role You’ll be the driving force behind TaxEase’s growth, owning the entire marketing strategy from ideation to execution and working directly with the founder to scale our impact across the Philippines. Responsibilities Lead our creative vision – Define and execute TaxEase’s content strategy across all platforms Video editing – Transform tax education into engaging, digestible video content (short‑form and long‑form) Graphic design – Create scroll‑stopping social media posts, infographics, and marketing materials Viral ideation – Brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with Filipino entrepreneurs and have viral potential Brand leadership – Shape and evolve the TaxEase brand identity, voice, and positioning Sales funnel optimization – Analyze and improve our customer journey from awareness to conversion Performance marketing – Track metrics, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Influencer collaborations – Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators Campaign coordination – Manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion Qualifications Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Proven marketing experience – 2‑3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management Strategic thinking – Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies Data‑driven mindset – Comfortable analyzing metrics and making data‑based decisions Excellent Filipino and English communication – Written and verbal Bonus Points Knowledge of Philippine tax/BIR system Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) SEO and content marketing experience Personal Attributes Self‑starter – Initiative and independence Creative problem‑solver – Innovative solutions to challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
