We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist to support multiple online businesses with digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys variety in their work, and has experience across multiple marketing channels. This is a remote, full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. About the Role In this position, you’ll manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, improve email and content marketing initiatives, and support ongoing digital growth projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Research, propose, and implement marketing optimizations to improve ROI across channels. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Shopify, and app stores. Audit and improve email marketing campaigns using tools like MailChimp, Customer.io, or similar platforms. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media to support brand visibility and SEO goals. Manage and refine customer and user personas to ensure marketing efforts target the right audiences. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.). Support SEO and backlink strategies to increase organic visibility. Participate in team meetings to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, Shopify, or similar). Proficiency with marketing automation tools (MailChimp, Customer.io, etc.). Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics. Understanding of UTM tracking, analytics, and A/B testing . Experience with content creation for keyword ranking and brand storytelling. Ability to troubleshoot basic website or display issues and coordinate with technical teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
