Job Description
  • An Administrative Assistant supports office operations by managing communications, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and performing clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and assisting staff with administrative duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities are essential. A high school diploma is typically required; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Education: Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience is an advantage; however, entry-level positions may be available for fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
