You will make a direct impact by: Managing and expanding relationships with 25-30 key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client success. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives. Using technology to improve service offerings and enhance client experiences. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B account management, with a strong track record of meeting targets. Direct industry experience in logistics (e.g., shipping carriers, logistics software providers, or 3PLs) is preferred. Qualifications: Proven ability to integrate technology with product/service offerings and develop strategic relationships at the executive level. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a solid ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking capabilities. Data-driven mindset and proficiency in technology platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo. Role Focus and Objectives: Focus on client retention and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within key enterprise accounts. Utilize problem-solving skills and interpret client data to uncover actionable strategies for revenue growth. Conduct a minimum of 10 client meetings and 4 Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) per week.
