Your new role As Sr Manager, Strategic Projects you will play a dual role: leading high‑impact cross‑functional projects across EUCAN markets and Corporate Affairs; and supporting strategic projects in EUCAN People & Organisation (P&O) with a EUCAN market and Regional Office impact. You’ll act as a key partner in driving business priorities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence within the Executive Office. In this role you will: Lead and manage cross‑functional projects across EUCAN functions and markets, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met. Align stakeholders and project workstreams, managing expectations and fostering strong collaboration. Support the VP of P&O with strategic projects for Region EUCAN and the Regional Office, including data insights, progress tracking and the communication of impact. Projects include implementation of in‑office culture, recognition platform, title alignment and future taxonomy, new performance management process, capabilities for now and the future (analysis), incl ‘Affiliate of the Future’ and strategic alignment / updated EUCAN strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing organisational insights and recommendations for decision‑making. Shape and drive department initiatives, promoting knowledge sharing, strong team spirit, and skill development. Prepare and facilitate key meetings, including agenda setting, briefing materials, and follow‑ups. Your new department You will report into EUCAN Corporate Affairs department, which is at the heart of driving impactful initiatives across the region. Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You have strong stakeholder management skills, are highly independent, and have the ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels. To be successful, you should have: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on commercial, economic, scientific, or engineering disciplines. Minimum 5 years of proven track record in a strategy consulting and/or corporate project management role. Demonstrated ability to apply consulting and financial frameworks and methodologies effectively. Strong functional experience in areas such as strategy, business development, marketing, sales, product development, supply chain, organisational development, or digital transformation. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources disciplines is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across functions and geographies.
