We encourage all qualified individuals to apply. Overview We are looking for a Senior Communications Design Executive who can join our Initiative (media agency) team. The role focuses on producing and analyzing foundational consumer, brand and marketing intelligence for the communications design brief, and assisting in the production, reporting and loading of the detailed communications flowchart. Responsibilities Contribute to impactful communications plan development to meet client needs and deliver communications ideas Provide accurate and timely communications planning inputs to support the Communications Design process Assist Communications Designer Manager/Director with communications plan development Deliver accurate, impactful inputs that power the client’s communications plan and grow their business Ensure timely, accurate delivery of day-to-day requests from the team Identify trends and perform culture and competitive analyses for clients; prepare post-campaign reports Provide timely responses to ad-hoc client requests Provide communications, audience intelligence and data inputs using syndicated and proprietary systems Maintain POV reports and intelligence on current best practices for planning Collaborate with the Communications Design Director and Partnerships team to develop RFPs for optimal plans Support Directors in researching communications design innovations, audience trends & partnerships Contribute to reporting and analysis of campaigns Participate in ideation sessions with Strategy and SBUs to generate creative connections Develop flowcharts/VMS aligned with the communications idea and ensure plans address business goals Ensure the ecosystem extends beyond paid media through owned, earned and shared integration Contribute to best-practice audience and data intelligence using tools across traditional and digital media (e.g., Nielsen Arianna, Nielsen CMV) Stay up-to-date with digital innovations (e.g., TikTok, Viu, Viber) and e-commerce platforms Build rapport with clients and act as a go-to contact KPIs Assist with research and inputs for best-in-class planning solutions Maintain positive client relationships and understand client business challenges Deliver measurable client KPIs and manage the client’s communications budget effectively Produce at least one campaign suitable for media awards Deploy planning tools and produce reports and intelligence to improve decision-making Contribute to KPI delivery through timely, accurate planning information Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 3+ years in a Media Agency in planning Experience developing integrated marketing communication plans across traditional and non-traditional media Ability to drive projects from conception to completion Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills Effective multi-tasking across priorities with strong time management Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analysis and market research High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong teamwork and independent work capability Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines Passion for consumer behavior and what motivates audiences Creative problem-solving attitude Excellent client communications skills, confidently presenting and managing clients Flexible hybrid work arrangement with at least twice-a-week office reporting in BGC, Taguig If you believe this role might be perfect for you, apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
