Job Description

  • Develop and implement retail strategies to improve sales performance across multiple stores.
  • Manage and inspire retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring stores meet company standards and targets.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability and store presentation.
  • Train and develop store managers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and community organizations.
