Overview
Retail Training Officer is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They design and execute training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand standards. They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand(s).
Since this role works directly with our beauty brands, we are seeking someone who has a passion for make-up, skincare, and all things beauty.
Responsibilities- Design and implement training programs on product knowledge, core skills development, and event protocols aligned with brand standards.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve immediate and ongoing sales growth for assigned brand(s).
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistency in training delivery and brand messaging.
- Assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Business Administration/Business Management.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Team management experience.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Training Needs Analysis, Presentation and Communication Styles, Training Program Design.
- At least 2 years of management experience or 2–4 years of relevant supervisory experience in training, preferably in retail.
