Overview

The Systems Implementation/Site Support is responsible for assisting in the deployment of software and systems solutions for PEZA. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and effective deployment.
  • Conduct system setup, configuration, and customization according to client requirements.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to clients during the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on system usage and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix software and system problems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor' Degree
  • 1 -3 years of experience
Location
  • Training: Head Office - Pasay
  • Deployment - Pampanga, Cebu, Davao
