We're seeking a skilled EDI Analyst to join our team.

As an EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners. You will utilize the EDI application dashboard and reports to assess overall system health, process and track all inbound and outbound EDI transactions daily.

You will identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution. Additionally, you will manage daily EDI production support alongside Trading Partners, the Order Management Team, and Warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field, with 2+ years of experience in managing SPS Commerce and expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data to interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
