Job Title

Supervisor I, Operations Management

Job Summary

People and Performance Management and Operational Leadership to ensure timely and accurate output, development of staff, and delivery of department objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure new employees are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, etc.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to established policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate Employee Training and Development
  • Manage individual and team scorecards per month
  • Monitor, assess and provide feedback about employees’ performance
  • Provide ongoing guidance to employees through coaching and mentoring
  • Conduct performance appraisals on a regular basis and participate in annual review processes
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) if performance is not adequate
  • Approve and monitor daily team attendance
  • Oversee, and as needed, support staff in activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of relative output
  • Support and drive employee engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree, in any field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changes
  • Thorough understanding of a complex system support environment
  • Clear communication skills, active listening, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
  • Must be in current role for 1 year
  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
