Overview
Operations Supervisor role in Iloilo, Western Visayas, Philippines. The position focuses on managing day-to-day operations, queue and staffing, process improvement, and ensuring service levels and metrics are met.
Responsibilities- Gain good understanding of the business to monitor and evaluate accuracy of work, identify opportunities to develop people, improve processes and drive results
- Manage day-to-day operations including queue and staffing management to ensure department operations meet service level objectives and metrics (Productivity, Efficiency, Quality)
- Be proactive with strong performance management to ensure employees meet production, accuracy, and efficiency requirements to meet SLAs
- Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency; partner with Leadership to implement critical actions
- Manage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the Manager
- Support annual process audit activities
- Support compliance with established Operations Standards
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational, prioritization and delegation skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous and project management skills
- No supervisor experience necessary but proven success in managing people and performance
- RELA 1.0 Graduate is an advantage but not required
