Ericsson Philippines is Growing We are looking for a Solutions Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for working with Account Teams on the list of potential activities and solutions
• Manage and develop technical presentations, proposals and perform customer presentations
• Solid experience in Resource/Efforts estimations for any defined solution
• Experience in hardware and Software dimensioning according to solution requirements and working with Sales and commercial teams
• Support delivery/deployment of the solution and guide the team for successful delivery
• Interact with Product unit to align the solution with customer demand
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technologies and share information about the solution to enable customer competence enhancement
• Lead as CSR in all proposals and drive the solution architects from an end-to-end perspective in solution proposals and delivery
• Support CFR for cost estimations

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Area of expertise: OSS (primary), Cloud, Orchestration, Service Assurance; secondary domain knowledge: RAN, PACO, CS CORE, Transport
• Hands-on experience from technical roles (e.g., Integration Engineer or Solution Architect)
• Knowledge of Ericsson OSS Product Portfolio: ENM, ENIQ, OSSRC, SO EM, SON, EO, EDA, EAI, EEA
• RHEL, IP Networking and AWS knowledge/certifications preferred
