II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application/Development/programming.

o Responsible for the management of software programs and applications, with ability

to create, develop programs and reports that will be helpful in business operations

as will be determined by the BPOs/BPSs.

• Maintenance and Support

o Responsible for the maintenance and support of SAP and non SAP applications in

close collaboration with third parties and concerned units, BPOs/BPS, business

partners.

o Ensure monitoring, updating and compliance of all software contracts and

engagements.

o Conduct of regular update meetings for status of

requests/tickets relative to troubleshooting or resolution of any concerns with

business application software support teams or third party and ensuring

compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and or equivalent.

o Ensure all system software applications are running smoothly to support business

operations.

• Database Management

o Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases as it connects to the

ERP and all other systems.

• Project Management

o Leading teams in the implementation and upgrading or

enhancement of software applications in close collaboration with all concerned units

and will be determined and approved by the business.

o Leading the technical team in the rollout of new/enhanced software

applications and liaise with the business, internal,

external and/or business partners, to ensure there are no issues and are aligned

with the metrics of the project in close

collaboration with Corporate Quality Management.

o Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new/enhanced

software applications in collaboration with all relevant teams, local, regional, or

global and ensure integration of all software/systems.

• Business operations' efficiency

o Understanding business operations vis-a-vis business's computer systems, determine

and endorse which software applications or modules could improve efficiency based

on business

requirements, SAP or Non-SAP, in close collaboration with

Corporate Quality Management and BPOs/BPSs.

o Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software

developments and latest technology that can help the business operation

efficiencies.

o Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install

new ones.

o Training employees and ensuring adoption on the use of all software

applications.
