Business Process Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Business and Compliance Officer to join our team at weSource Management Consultancy Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the gambling industry, with a strong background in compliance and relationship management.

The successful candidate will act as an account manager and key communication link between our company, third-party companies, and government licensing bodies. Responsibilities include tracking, managing, and maintaining information and documentation related to ongoing projects and workloads. You will also ensure internal and third-party compliance with company policies and processes while building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, managing all incoming and outgoing information flow.
  • Get to know your 3rd party accounts, understand their structure, priorities, and concerns.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, keeping track of key details, interactions, decisions, policies, and processes.
  • Oversee 3rd party and internal documents, discussions, and workloads ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide assistance during report preparation and coordination with concerned 3rd parties.
  • Be the first point of escalation for issues with 3rd parties, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and coordinated with internal teams and management.
  • Facilitate a smooth problem-solving process with strong administrative skills, regular follow-up, and tactful communication.
  • Coordinate on-site Post Audit Activities and facilitate training sessions sharing best practices in executing tasks.
  • Undertake other tasks deemed relevant by senior management.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the Gambling/Gaming industry.
  • Proven background in relationship management, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in using various Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

  • Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills: Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously, coordinate meetings, and produce meticulous documentation.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications: Must possess at least average proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 applications and other essential productivity tools.
