Overview

Coins.ph, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives and partnerships that align with coins.ph’s long-term growth objectives. This role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and collaborating across functional teams to drive business growth across the crypto, Web3, and payments verticals. Strong data visualization and reporting skills using Tableau are essential to support performance tracking and insight generation.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Identify and assess new growth opportunities across crypto, Web3, payments, and financial technology sectors.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align partnership strategies with company priorities and ensure on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate ROI; track key metrics and present insights to leadership; use Tableau to visualize performance data and identify insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable with financial modeling and market research.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, crypto products, or blockchain technologies is a strong advantage.
