Job Description The Strategy Planner will co-lead the annual planning / strategy formulation exercise and quarterly strategy reviews of the B2B business. The Strategy Planner will also be assigned to lead strategic advisory projects that aim to solve specific challenges or help the business capture opportunities and ad hoc studies that aid management decision-making. In addition, the Strategy Planner will support the Head of Planning and Execution in preparing governance presentations and supporting the project management office (PMO) function of B2B. Duties And Responsibilities Strategy Planning Co-lead the annual planning / strategy formulation exercise of the B2B business Facilitate the annual execution planning Co-lead quarterly strategy reviews Co-lead the formation of the B2B Balanced Scorecards with the other members of B2B Strategy, Insights and Analytics Work with the different teams of B2B Strategy, Insights and Analytics to monitor and analyze the progress of the execution of B2B’s strategy Prepare ad hoc studies that aid management decision-making Strategic Advisory Lead strategic advisory projects that aim to solve specific problems, help the business capture opportunities and / or improve the internal ways-of-working within B2B Provide ad hoc studies that are requested by various B2B divisions to aid decision-making Governance Prepare governance presentations for periodic governance reports or reports requested by top management Requirements At least 5 or more years in experience in a strategy-related role Has the ability to manage stakeholders (including management) Ideally, a candidate who has a proven track record in strategy planning A level of knowledge in financial analysis Experience in a management consulting firm is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in any business-related degree is a minimum and a Masters’ degree in any business-related degree is an advantage Equal Opportunity Employer Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
