The Strategy and Business Excellence Assistant Manager (SBE-AM) aims to assist the Strategy and Business Excellence Manager (SBE-M) in facilitating the strategic planning process and monitoring of strategic and operational initiatives of all functional groups aligned with the business strategies, and as documented in the balanced scorecard and annual strategic and operational plans (ASOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering or other relevant fields.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience in ERP implementations is an advantage
  • Experience in using tools like MS Visio, Lucid, MS Excel, Canva
