The Strategy & Integration Manager plays a dual role: contributing to the development of Postpaid’s long-term strategy and ensuring its disciplined execution across the organization.

Working closely with the Strategy & Transformation Head, the role helps shape the strategic direction of the Consumer Mobile Postpaid business—through research, insight generation, and ground-level validation. Once the strategy is set, the Strategy & Integration Manager drives its delivery by ensuring execution excellence, monitoring performance, and aligning cross-functional teams within Postpaid.

The role also governs the portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives—ensuring they are sequenced, resourced, and progressing in sync with Postpaid’s priorities. It partners closely with the Integration & Analytics Lead to surface insights and with the Capabilities & Transformation Manager to ensure operational initiatives are aligned with long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Support the Strategy & Transformation Head in shaping Postpaid’s strategic roadmap through research, internal insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Validate strategy with ground-level data and inputs from internal teams.
  • Translate high-level strategic direction into initiative themes, priorities, and focus areas.
  • Strategy Execution & Integration: Drive the structured execution of strategic initiatives across Postpaid pillars, ensuring plans are time-bound, owner-assigned, and output-defined.
  • Act as an execution partner to initiative leads, helping define milestones, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
  • Sequence and integrate initiatives to avoid duplication, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and manage interdependencies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Define KPIs tied to Postpaid’s strategic objectives and ensure these are tracked across all initiatives.
  • Partner with the Integration & Analytics Lead to build dashboards, track progress, and surface key business insights.
  • Review the brand’s financial performance (e.g., revenue, margin, ARPU, subscriber growth) and link it to initiative effectiveness and strategic pivots.
  • Business Transformation: Coordinate the Postpaid portfolio from a strategic lens—ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with the Capabilities & Transformation Manager to prioritize transformation initiatives based on business value.
  • Monitor cross-functional transformation progress and highlight misalignments, risks, or gaps to leadership.
  • Ensure transformation milestones are included in strategic reviews and tied to measurable business impact.
  • Capacity Building: Cascade strategic planning frameworks, tools, and processes across teams to build planning discipline.
  • Guide teams on crafting initiative charters, defining KPIs, and preparing for performance reviews.
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation Head in elevating the strategic maturity of the organization.
  • Governance and Alignment: Lead the operating cadence for strategic initiative reviews, business health checks, and executive steering committees.
  • Ensure transparent tracking of initiative status, decisions, risks, and follow-through on action items.
  • Manage documentation and governance reporting to support leadership accountability and decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the integrator across teams to ensure unified execution of strategy.
  • Enable collaboration between initiative leads and support teams to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between initiative execution teams and Postpaid leadership—ensuring feedback loops and alignment.
