HR Coordinator – 12 Months Contract (Manila)
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on administering compensation and benefits, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Prepare mandatories compensation and benefits
- Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with orientations and update records of new staff
- Process payroll and resolve payroll errors
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources (preferred)
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- English language proficiency (preferred)
- Location: Makati City / Manila area (Reliably commute or relocate before starting work required)
- Salary: PHP 15,000.00 – PHP 16,000.00 per month
- Schedule: Holidays; Monday to Friday; occasional weekends
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience: Compensation and Benefits or HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Language: English (preferred)
