Head of Finance Background from Shared Services is an advantage Hybrid set up We are supporting a global industry leader in a search for a Head of Finance . This role is responsible for leading the finance shared services operations across Asia, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team performance, and compliance with regional and global financial standards. This is a senior leadership role ideal for finance professionals who can lead large teams and drive continuous improvement across finance processes. Work Set up: Hybrid (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee finance operations including P2P, RTR, and financial reporting across multiple countries.Manage a large team , providing coaching, performance management, and career development.Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and process efficiency.Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.Support finance transformation initiatives, automation, and standardization of workflows.Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors.Ensure continuous improvement and resolution of operational finance issues. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA)At least 10 years of experience in financeProven leadership of large teams across finance functionsStrong expertise in P2P, RTR, and finance service deliveryExperience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)Exposure to regional finance operations or multinational environmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work mid-shift hours to support cross-country collaboration
