The Head of Finance will lead the finance function in the Philippines location and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, reporting, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
  • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
  • Ensure legal requirements are met
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Able to work under tight deadlines for management accounts / reporting
  • Manage the audit process and ensure company’s financial records are in line with IFRS reporting standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred
  • Working experience in full-set accounting, corporate finance and management reporting
  • Mixture of audit firm and in-house corporate experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solution oriented
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
