In this position, you’ll assist our senior accountants in day‑to‑day tasks such as data inputting, bank statement reconciliations, and supporting budget tracking efforts. You will receive hands‑on training and development opportunities in QuickBooks under our guidance so that you can grow into advanced roles over time. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions through QuickBooks Record financial transactions by posting debits and credits to appropriate accounts Track department budgets and monitor spending trends Liaise directly with vendors to manage payment discrepancies Research, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors/disputes you encounter along the way Our Ideal Candidate Has Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred; willingness to consider equivalent combination of education and experience as well Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, reporting, and compliance issues Passion for excellence in record‑keeping and attention to detail Positive can‑do attitude and adaptability working across departments Capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently under tight deadlines and limited supervision High emotional intelligence to build effective relationships among diverse personalities Enthusiasm to proactively seek new learning opportunities outside routine assignments Why Join Us?
