In this position, you'll assist senior accountants with day‑to‑day tasks such as data input, bank statement reconciliations, and supporting budget tracking. You will receive hands‑on training in QuickBooks and development opportunities to grow into advanced roles. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks. Record financial transactions by posting debits and credits. Track department budgets and monitor spending trends. Liaise with vendors to manage payment discrepancies. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve errors and disputes. Ideal Candidate Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred; equivalent experience considered. Basic knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, reporting, and compliance. Passion for recordkeeping and attention to detail. Positive can‑do attitude and adaptability across departments. Capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines and limited supervision. High emotional intelligence to build relationships among diverse personalities. Enthusiasm to proactively seek new learning opportunities outside routine assignments.
