Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input financial transactions, specifically invoices/bills into QuickBooks Online with speed and precision.
  • Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source documents (purchase orders, receipts, etc.) and promptly correct any errors to ensure data integrity.
  • Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records in compliance with established procedures and confidentiality protocols.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Flag and document discrepancies or missing information and communicate effectively with Accounts Payable to resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO): Demonstrated experience navigating QBO and performing essential data entry and transaction recording tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, recognizing the critical importance of accuracy in financial records.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in
  • Google docs & Gmail; fast and accurate typing/10-key skills are essential.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation (e.g., invoices, debits, credits) is preferred.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal (English) communication skills to clarify instructions and resolve issues.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
